Fundraising at Healthy Options

Healthy Options is a charity. We rely on gifts, fundraising and grant funding to complete the majority of our work. That means we depend on people like you giving of your time, ideas and donations to help us continue to make a difference in our community.

Fundraising

It costs over £680 to take each individual on their journey with Healthy Options to better health and wellbeing.

You can support us in three ways:
1. GIVE
DIRECT DEBITS are a great way to sustain our service. As a thank you, you would gain access to our ever-growing body of resources on our website. The biggest thank you, however, would be a silent but heartfelt one from the clients you would be directly supporting. We promise that once a year we will contact you to let you know the impact of your donation.
ONE OFF DONATION choose a specific fundraiser's sponsored event or make a general donation.
2. SHARE
Helping us to tell our story will be a crucial part of our fundraising. Can you share your personal experience with Healthy Options? Can you share any of our posts on social media? Can you share any of your time as a volunteer?
3. DO
Can you set yourself a challenge that improves your wellbeing, or support others to improve theirs, and make this a sponsored event? We have lots of resources available to support you including personal help to set up your page, posters and sponsorship forms. What could you do? A walking challenge, or cycling, or swimming, or perhaps learning a new tune or two? However big or small, the challenge is personal to you.

“Healthy Options is a tremendous project that reaches the parts that others don’t reach. Helping individuals get stronger and stay stronger is a vital part of well being and the team are focused on doing just that, with sympathy and huge enthusiasm. I am delighted to support them in all they do and I encourage everyone to GIVE, SHARE and DO, if they can, to keep Healthy Options powering ahead.”
