Move Well

The Move Well class is one of our most popular for our active clients. It is a fun way to get more active –working strength, balance, functional training and cardio fitness.  The live class uses weights, bands and sports equipment, but you can easily find stand ins at home to follow the videos which were created at the very start of lockdown.  The taster here is the first on the set of three and shows the warmup. Full resources feature the main workout and a cool down.
