  • With funders, in anonymised or aggregated form 

  • With service providers who support our operations (such as payment processors) 

We do not sell your data to third parties. 

How long we keep your information

We only keep your information for as long as necessary. 

Typically: 

  • Client information is retained for up to 3 years after your last engagement 

  • Financial records are retained for 6 years 

Your rights

You have the right to: 

  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you 

  • Request correction of inaccurate information 

  • Request deletion of your data (where applicable) 

  • Object to how your data is used
